Review these simple quidelines for an easy and pleasant shopping experience!

Information on this page is applicable to retail customers (stitchers) interested in purchasing Glendon Place charts and other stitching products by using the shopping cart. It’s quick, easy and safe! If ordering from Glendon Place for the first time, it will be necessary for you to first ENROLL as a Registered Retail Customer.

 

PayPal is the preferred form of payment for all orders placed online. By using PayPal, it gives you the flexibility of paying with a debit or credit card of your choice. At the conclusion of the ordering process you will be taken to PayPal to submit payment and complete your order. If you are uncomfortable using PayPal and would prefer to mail a check with your order, see the “Here’s How It Works” section below.

 

Everyday Special:

The more you buy the more you save! Buy 5 charts of any combination and receive 1 FREE of equal or lesser value. If your order qualifies for this special, please indicate your free chart(s) in the Comments section on the order form. To avoid being charged for your free item, do not add it to the shopping cart.

 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are set based upon the number of items you order, the weight of the package, and whether you are requesting that your order be shipped within the Continental United States, Canada, or to an International address.  Refer to the chart below, if you want to know beforehand, the exact shipping amount that will be added to your order during the checkout process. Every effort has been made to keep your shipping charges to a minimum.  USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate envelopes and boxes will be used when it economically makes more sense than sending any other way.  For example, customers in the US who order 4 – 8 items will receive one low shipping cost of $5.75 and your order will be shipped in a USPS Flat Rate Envelope. Shipping rates to Canada and International addresses are a bit more uncertain since shipping is based entirely on weight, and often times flat rate boxes and envelopes are too cost prohibitive. Those rates have been set based upon shipping scenarios that were investigated prior to establishing the rates.

 

International Orders:

During the PayPal checkout process, US Dollars will be converted to your selected form of currency. Per US Postal Regulations and Federal Laws, we mark customs labels with actual US dollar value paid for contents.  Your package can be confiscated if it doesn’t meet postal and customs standards, so we work very hard to abide by all postal rules and regulations.

Glendon Place displays the PayPal Verified Seal, which means the company’s identity is confirmed and it increases the security of the PayPal network when you are making a payment.

Glendon Place uses PayPal because it is an efficient, quick and most of all, SECURE way to remit payment using a debit or credit card. Please be assured that PayPal is one of the most secure payment company’s on the world-wide web today!

Here’s How It Works:

 

·         Select your items in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout by clicking on “View Basket” in the Shopping Basket box. 

·         Review what’s in your shopping basket, make any changes and click “Continue”.

·         Review your Invoice Address/Delivery Address, make any changes, then click “Continue” again.

·         You are now in the Payment screen.

 

You have two options:

 

·         Option #1:  Glendon Place prefers that retail customers select the PayPal option (2nd round button), to remit payment.  If you select this option and click “Continue”, you will be taken to the PayPal payment screen. Once your payment on PayPal has been completed, Glendon Place will receive an email from PayPal indicating that the order is ready to be filled. Glendon Place will process your order immediately (or as soon as possible during normal business hours), Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. The order process is now completed.

 

·         Option #2:  If you would prefer to print your order form and mail it along with your check to Glendon Place, select the button in the green box that begins with the words “Place Order:” This will immediately bring up a printer-friendly copy of your order. Print the order and mail it, along with your check to: Glendon Place Cross-Stitch, 4317 Glendon Place, Valrico, FL 33596. Your order will be processed and mailed as soon as we can verify that your check has cleared. Keep in mind that this process could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your check to you receive your order.
