Wholesale Terms & Pricing
- Please note that all prices listed on our site before registered wholesale login are Suggested Retail Price in US Dollars. Once logged in, pricing will be adjusted to 50% of the SRP. We hope that we have made the wholesale shopping experience as simple as possible. If you have any problems with the ordering process, please contact us.
- Glendon Place has no wholesale order minimums.
- Everyday Promotion: Get the most for your dollar by taking advantage of the Glendon Place Everyday Promotion of BUY 5 CHARTS, GET 1 FREE OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. It’s the most economical way to purchase Glendon Place designs. The cost of one chart can more than compensate for any postage expenses.
- Glendon Place does not sell fabric at wholesale prices. Glendon Place pays the same wholesale price for fabric as you do; therefore, you will need to purchase fabric cuts directly from the distributors or manufacturers.
Shipping/Postage
- Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless requested otherwise.
- Shipping and handling charges are for postage only. No additional charges apply.
- Glendon Place no longer offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. Postal increases over the last few years have made this very difficult. However, we will continue to honor the BUY 5 CHARTS, GET 1 FREE OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. Depending on the number of charts ordered, this benefit could easily offset the cost of postage.
International Packages
- Per US Postal Regulations and Federal Laws, we mark customs labels with actual US dollar value paid for contents. Your package can be confiscated if it doesn’t meet postal and customs standards, so we work very hard to abide by all postal rules and regulations.
- We can ship orders Global Priority mail in some cases, but usually, send regular Air Mail because it is the most economical option.
Returns
- Charts purchased may not be returned or exchanged unless you can prove that the item is not what you expected based upon the details given on the website.
- Charts that are approved for return will be exchanged for charts of equal or lesser value.
- As a general rule, exchanges are only acceptable if the charts are returned to Glendon Place in their original condition, suitable for re-sale, with all packaging intact, and within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Postage expenses on the original order are non-refundable.
- Postage expenses for the return of the charts are at the retailer’s expense.
